Lumin Australia will only accept orders made through this or a pre-approved affiliate providers website. Terms of payment shall be determined in Lumin Australia’s discretion and as otherwise agreed to in writing by Lumin Australia Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify Lumin Australia acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or Lumin Australia offer to sell. Lumin Australia reserves the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. Where payment is made by credit/debit card, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit/debit card, and Lumin Australia shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit/debit card for any reason. Lumin Australia may require, at Lumin Australia option, that any order placed over a certain dollar amount receive Lumin Australia pre-approval. Lumin Australia may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. An order is deemed accepted upon Lumin Australia shipment of the products ordered, and Lumin Australia will charge your credit/debit card upon such shipment.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: Although availability may be indicated on this website, Lumin Australia cannot guarantee product availability and products may not be available for immediate delivery. Lumin Australia reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products, or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance or cessation, Lumin Australia may, at its discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered, or cancel your order and refund any prior payment that you have made for such products.
SECTION 8 – ORDER CANCELLATION: Once an order has been placed, it may be cancelled, however if the product has been shipped at the time of cancellation, any shipping and handling fees incurred will be your responsibility. However, you may refuse delivery of your order upon receipt or return your order in accordance with our Return Policy. Any rerouting fees incurred at the time of refusing any product will be deducted from the refund.
SECTION 9 – SHIPPING AND HANDLING; SALES AND OTHER TAXES: Unless otherwise noted, shipping and handling fees will be charged separately. Sales and similar taxes shall be charged to you by Lumin Australia, as required by law.

SECTION 11 – Return Policy
NOTE: There will be no refund for mistaken orders where information is provided on the website and is not taken into account when placing the order.
The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Lumin Sanitiser or Lumin Bullet must be returned in original condition with no damage to product or packaging. We reserve the right to reject any item we believe is damaged or not in original condition. A restocking fee of $75 will apply to all returns.
Please note that LUMIN Australia Pty Ltd does not permit the return of or offer refunds for:
- Mistaken orders
- Products purchased from a third party. Immediate refund may be available by returning your Lumin Product to the original place of purchase. Return Policy of that retailer (including brick & mortar and online e.g. Amazon) will apply.
- Any accessories that have been opened.
- Products returned without a valid itemized receipt.
- Shipping charges or return labels for accessories.
If the product needs to be replaced due to a manufacturer’s defect, please immediately contact our Warranty line directly by emailing us at info@luminaustralia.com.au
Products returned without an RA (Return Authorization) number will not be accepted. The RA number must be obtained from info@luminaustralia.com.au, if the customer is returning a package at his/her own cost without a return label provided by us. It is the responsibility of the sender to provide valid tracking information if confirmation of return is disputed. Lumin Australia does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen product being returned for a refund without an RA number.
Note: Lumin Australia recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Lumin Australia or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

** Customers outside Australia must return the malfunctioning device at their own cost. mypurmist is not responsible for custom duties and fees and all applicable local taxes.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT WARRANTY
Lumin Australia Pty Ltd warrants that all 3B Medical Inc. manufactured and distributed equipment (LUMIN Sanitiser and LUMIN Bullet) will be free of any defect in materials or workmanship for the period of:
Lumin– 2 Years
Lumin Bullet – 1 Year
Warranty begins from the date of shipment. The Standard Equipment Warranty covers only defects arising under normal use and do not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature, or improper repairs made by anyone other than 3B Medical or a 3B Medical authorized third-party service provider. 3B Medical reserves the right to substitute functionally equivalent new or serviceable used parts.
WARRANTY CLAIMS AND PROCEDURES
Components that customer claims to be defective must be available to Lumin Australia Pty Ltd for inspection and evaluation. To be entitled to rights under the Standard Equipment Warranty, the customer must notify to Lumin Australia Pty Ltd by emailing info@luminaustralia.com.au prior to the expiration of the applicable warranty period. Following the receipt of any such customer notice, to Lumin Australia Pty Ltd will determine whether the reported problem is covered by this Standard Equipment Warranty. If Lumin Australia Pty Ltd determines that the problem is covered, to Lumin Australia Pty Ltd will authorize repair or replacement of the defective product, as deemed appropriate by to Lumin Australia Pty Ltd in its sole discretion.
Before shipping any product to Lumin Australia Pty Ltd, the customer must obtain a written return authorization from to Lumin Australia Pty Ltd . Any product received by Lumin Australia Pty Ltd without a return authorization may, at to Lumin Australia Pty Ltd option, be returned to the customer collect. 3B Medical will provide customer with new, rebuilt, refurbished or alternate equipment (or part thereof) of equal or improved quality, as exchange equipment (or part thereof) to replace eligible defective equipment (or part thereof). Rebuilt or refurbished equipment may bear cosmetic blemishes that do not affect performance. to Lumin Australia Pty Ltd will ship warranty replacement at no charge. Once a return authorization is obtained, the customer is responsible for packing and shipping the defective product/component to a service facility designated by Lumin Australia Pty Ltd, within thirty (30) days after receipt of the return authorization. If customer does not return the defective equipment (or part thereof) in a timely manner, Lumin Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to invoice customer for the list price of such equipment (or part thereof), plus applicable shipping.
Lumin Australia Pty Ltd does not warrant or guarantee, and is not responsible for:
Defects, failures, damages or performance limitations caused in whole or in part by (A) power failures, surges, fires, floods, lightning, excessive heat or cold, highly corrosive environments, accidents, actions of third parties, or other events outside of Lumin Australia Pty Ltd control, or (B) customers abuse, mishandling, misuse, negligence, improper storage, servicing or operation, or unauthorized attempts to repair or alter the equipment in any way.
SECTION 12 – USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
